Cashout Policy

We will make every effort to ensure that your Cashout request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may be required to verify your identity before you can withdraw from your account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

  • All Cashout requests (Cashouts) must be made from the Cashout section in the Cashier or by clicking the "Cashout" button on the bottom left hand side of the screen. Cashout requests will not be accepted in any other way.
  • No promotional or any other bonuses will be issued or allowed once a Cashout request is in pending status. This will remain until that Cashout has been either approved or cancelled.
  • You cannot Cashout any winnings before making at least one deposit.
  • You can request Cashouts only when all payments made by you have received final approval.
  • We reserve the right to pay any requested Cashout partly or in total via the same method of payment that deposits were made with.
  • If your Cashout request is for less than the minimum permitted amount, the funds will be returned to your account balance.
  • There are no fees charged for any of our Cashout services; however, your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your Cashout.
  • The minimum wire transfer cash-out is €/$/£ 50 (500 kr)
  • The minimum cash-out for the following payment methods is €/$/£ 10 (100 kr): credit card, debit card.
  • The minimum cashout for South Africa is  100 €/$/£
  • You cannot Cashout before you have met the minimum bonus wagering requirements.
  • You cannot Cashout before you have wagered 40 times your total free bonuses received (the free €/£/$5 will not be counted for wagering).
  • Any Cashouts greater than $200 / €200 / £200 require verification procedures; proof of identity, age and place of residency. We reserve the right to require verification for any Cashout amount.

Winspark.com reserves the right to pay out all winnings at a rate dependent on the VIP level reached.  All Winspark.com  players can withdraw up to three thousand Euro (3,000 €) per month. Only VIP players can withdraw higher sums per month depending on their VIP level. Bronze players up to five thousand (5000 €) per month, Silver players up to seven thousand Euro (7,000 €) per month, Gold players can withdraw up to ten thousand Euro (10,000 €) per month and Platinum and up can withdraw up to fifteen thousand (15,000 €) per month . Any winnings will be paid out at the same monthly rate until completion.

A player (no matter of his VIP level), who didn’t make any deposit in the last 12 months and won, can withdraw up to thousand  (1000) Euro per month.

Any amount to be withdrawn that is greater than the maximum specified will be transferred back into the player's account to be withdrawn in the following month.If your credit/debit card(s) is lost, stolen or cancelled or if your E-wallet status changes, please notify us immediately so we may investigate their status.
